We appreciated our stay. Comfortable beds in the rooms. The place is 14 miles away from New York City downtown.

Nothing beats being in Comfort Inn Staten Island. There's Wendy's serving quick orders minutes away from the hotel.

reasonable price, closeness and easy transport to Manhattan, free parking, and much more.

I would like to have a flexible shower head in the bathroom.

The cleaniness was very appealing. The beds! O the beds were great so comfy I didn't want to get up. The continental breakfast was also above par from other hotels that I have stayed at.

The only complaint that I have would be the size of the rooms. They are very small and not enough parking.O And only one elevator serviceing the whole hotel, tends to leave you wiating for long periods of time.

The front desk staff and staff at the continental breakfast were excellent! The hotel is new and in excellent shape.

Rooms were small, but adequate. Nice size bathrooms. A bit noisy in the halls at night.

Bathroom very clean & new. Check in staff very nice, helpful. Extremely professional.

Hotel was very noisy,able to hear the door to the room next to us open and close every 30 minutes until 3 am.

I did not enjoy the stay at all. they should list the dimensions of the room very small would not stay at the hotel or suggest to anyone. My husband and I felt like we were in a box. A cabin on a cruise is bigger.if you are looking for a bed and a bathroom this is the hotel for you. By the way if your more than 5 feet tall don't even bother to book.

Bed was comfy. Good stock of local restaurant menus. Clean, new. Just as advertised. Loved breakfast.

Room kinda small, but good for price. Walls are thin.

I liked the cleanliness of my room and the complimentary breakfast was great.

I did not like that they did not have complimentary airport service. when I booked the room I was under the impression they did. I then asked them to arrange a service and I gave the suggestion what I was willing to pay and it turned out to be double.

New hotel, next to an new Holiday Inn and a Best Western to be opened later 2011. Clean rooms, everything is new.

Rooms are way too small! We had 3 suitcases and could not pass each other. Airconditioning is placed less than 10 inches from the bed. That's too cold. Location was not feeling very safe. A night guard is hired to keep the drug dealers en prostitutes away.

Quiet and relatively inexpensive.

Too far away from the Ferry Docks and Manhattan. I wasted a lot of time commuting. The shuttle service was a joke and not convienent at all.

they didnt have the room i reserved and did nothing to get me the origonal room because the guy at the front desk "didnt have the authority"

Comfort Inn was in a Mandatory Evacuation Zone a and had no business in accepting bookings during storm Sandy. Guests were awaken during the night after their cars were 2 1/2 ft. Under water, no power, rude manager by the name Tim. Room was small. Too expensive for the service received. I would never stay there again. Awful experience.

The location was perfect. Right near the highway into the city. It was a new, clean room with a spacious bathroom. The staff was exremely friendly; no matter what time of day or night.
